Hopefully, there is something like this already (but not a breadcrumb module)...
We have a travel website and I am planning to move our blogs from EasyBlog directly into Joomla.
I already have a custom module that shows a horizonal list of links to categories of blogs based on world regions such as:
That module would be shown at all times so that people can quickly jump around to the area of the world in which they are interested.
What I'm looking for is an extension that then shows the subcategories of each region. For example, North America would have a 2nd horizontal menu. So if one clicked on "North America" it would then show (below the custom module) the subcategory options:
If one then clicked on "United States" it would then show links to the various states:
[Alabama, Alaska, ....]
1) The extension should automatically use our nested category structure
2) I've seen dropdown menus to accomplish this but I want a horizontal menu so that all options can be seen as once
I could create this manually with custom modules but we have around 300 categories so I would like it to automatically create this as category changes are made in the backend.
Can anyone recommend an extension to accomplish this?
