1.a) I can not add a Menu Module (on the left-side) in any Tag webpage.
1.b) Or at least a Back-link if the visitor wants to return to the previous page (where he clicked on the blue Tag-label).

I think it would depend on what you are trying to do. You could add a menu that shows for EVERY tag page that had a back link (or other links), I am not sure about customizing it for every individual tag though.

2. The Breadcrumb Trail always shows: 'You are here: {name of Homepage}'.
Why does it always show the name of the default Homepage? Why not the specific Tag-name in the breadcrumb trail?
This is not only confusing for visitors, but also for Google Analytics.

This works fine for me (see image). Maybe make sure Category and Parent Category are set to "Show" on the menu item that displays the tags?
