I had 4.x installed using my local server (I am not positive on exactly which version was originally installed). Then, recently, I tried to set up 5.1.1 locally by moving the new folders into htdocs, and that did not work as I could not access the back-end afterwards.
So, I moved the older version 4.x backup folders to where they originally were in htdocs and got this error:
I know this same error has been asked about before, but I could not find or follow the solutions in those posts. Thank you in advance.
